A profile can be created for you by someone you played with, but it carries only a name and a Teely number, scores are members-only and never public, and every profile has “Remove me from Teely” that resolves in 72 hours.
No, and that is the point. Ratings hold at least 72 hours, release in batches with random jitter, and you only ever see an aggregate — plus a monthly digest, never a per-rating ping.
No. The app works with name search and Teely numbers. The tag is for people who want to be scannable at the bag drop — and it doubles as a lost-bag recovery device.
Only that you arrived, only at partner courses, only if you turned it on. Enter and exit events, no location history, and a mute switch per course the course can't see.
Ratings require a genuinely shared round, retaliation patterns auto-hold, free-text comments are moderator-only, and new players show “New to Teely” until enough ratings exist to mean anything.
